Cutting cheese cubes with vision system

This machine had an old vision system that was obsolete, because of this there were no spare parts available.
 By continuing to produce with this, there was a high risk that production could stop for a long time due to a breakdown.
 Therefore it was decided to replace it to a new vision system, with success.
 First, our camera searches for the largest rectangle in the block of cheese.
 These coordinates are forwarded, from which the robots start cutting the cubes.
 The edges are nicely removed.

We only had a small time frame to incorporate this. By preparing well, this was accomplished in a timely manner.
