Controlling conveyors

Promation regularly provides support for the automation of conveyor control of mechanical partners. The design and construction of the control system is always done quickly and efficiently.

For a client, we provide the automation of the control of a conveyor belt in one day. This is a company that makes internal transport systems, for which we developed a custom control. As shown in the photos below, the conveyors in question transport packaged sandwiches. Our system ensures that those sandwiches are grouped correctly during transport so that they can then be easily put into boxes.

Promation provided automation of the conveyor control system and created a control box that logs power consumption in detail so that the customer can easily map energy. This allows energy consumption to be analyzed and reduced. The control was installed in just one day during production, without disturbing the process.

For the automation of conveyor controls, we always design our control cabinets in 3D. This gives the customer a clear picture of his or her future control system. That way, any problems can be noticed in advance so that the project is not delayed during construction. Once the 3D design is complete, we calculate the fan size needed to dissipate all the heat generated.
